Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in urban and infrastructure planning, with experience in working on government and public sector projects. The role involves developing master plans, feasibility studies, and detailed project reports to support sustainable urban development.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on urban development projects for Central Government, State Government, ULBs, and PSUs
- Prepare and contribute to Infrastructure Master Plans, City Development Plans (CDPs), and Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
- Conduct techno-economic feasibility studies for infrastructure initiatives
- Perform land use planning and spatial analysis for urban projects
- Utilize GIS tools and data analytics for planning, assessment, and decision-making
- Support design and planning of municipal infrastructure systems
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective project planning and execution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and planning documentation
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Regional Planning / Urban Planning / Infrastructure Planning / Infrastructure Engineering & Management / Construction Management
Experience & Expertise
- Experience working on urban projects with Government/ULBs/PSUs
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure planning and documentation
- Exposure to preparation of Master Plans, DPRs, CDPs, and feasibility reports
- Experience in land use planning, spatial analysis, and GIS-based assessments
- Understanding of municipal infrastructure design and planning frameworks
