Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A role that involves providing technical support for IT infrastructure, including desktop/laptop preparation. This role requires experience with troubleshooting and resolving Hardware issues.

Desktop management

Printer Installation & configuration,

Window Operating System Installation & configuration,

Antivirus installation & management and Software installation & configuration.

Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking

Troubleshoot hardware related issues.

Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and Internet issues.
