Job Description
· Windows 2016-2019-windows (L3 and above)
· Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup deployment and maintenance.
· Assessing the stability security and scalability of installed Windows systems.
· Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.
· Manage and Analyse Performance related Issues and Errors
· Handling Share folders and permissions requests issues.
· Handling DFS and DFS-R related tasks and tasks.
· Troubleshooting system and server errors.
· Good knowledge and experience supporting Windows Servers in Hyper-V/SCVMM
· Hands on experience in Physical Servers and HW Issues.
· Handling HW cases with HW Vendors.
· Day to day datacentre operations
· Handling Print Management related tasks
· Handling Cluster related tasks
