Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Infrastructure Specialist – Cloud Application Operations to manage and support cloud-based applications and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GCP, API management, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and production incident management. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide 24/7 on-call support for critical production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support cloud application operations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Monitor and maintain APIs using Apigee and API management tools.
- Handle production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, and GitHub.
- Work on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Monitor application health and performance using Dynatrace, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Monitoring tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and application availability.
- Maintain operational documentation and incident reports.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes, SLAs, and compliance standards.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call support and production support activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on experience in Apigee and API Management
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Harness, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Familiarity with Dynatrace, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Monitoring
- Experience in Production Incident Management and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, and Visual Studio Code
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in Cloud Operations / DevOps / SRE environments
- Exposure to automation and deployment processes
- Ability to work in high-pressure production environments
