Hiring: Lab Infrastructure Engineer/Lab Architect | 10+ Years Experience | Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Lab Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize our end-to-end lab operations. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in servers, networking, security, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all lab-related issues
- Plan & estimate procurement for new hardware
- Install, configure & maintain lab equipment
- Troubleshoot daily lab issues and provide quick resolutions
- Manage lab inventory & continuously improve operational efficiency
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Dell/HP servers, SW installation & HW/SW troubleshooting
- Hands-on with L2/L3 switches, routers, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Knowledge of firewalls/security
- Experience with virtualization, OpenStack, Kubernetes
- Ability to install & configure new hardware from scratch
- Good understanding of cables, connectors, and lab wiring
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- Strong service & support mindset

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in ECE / EE / CSE or equivalent
