Infrastructure Project Manager – O365 Migration, Cloud & Data Center

Role: Infrastructure Project Manager

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long term

Work Hours: IST (overlap through 1:00pm EST)

Work Schedule: 3:30am-11:30am ET

Location: Hybrid - (3x days onsite/week in Pune, India)

We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager with experience managing IT infrastructure projects, including Office 365 migrations, system integrations, and data center/cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects (cloud, data center, network, O365)

Coordinate system integrations and migration activities

Maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and status reports

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Track project performance and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Requirements

4–6 years of IT infrastructure project management experience

Experience with Office 365 migrations and system integrations

Knowledge of cloud, data center, server, and network environments

Strong understanding of PMLC processes, RAID logs, and project planning

Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Haves: PMP certification, experience in global/international projects
