Main Tasks
- Responsible for branch expansion, shifting & renovation projects at PAN India level
- He is responsible for the technical coordination of Infrastructure works.
Areas of Responsibility
- Leads and manages projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities
- Coordination with Site Engineers and Contractors for New branch, Branch Shifting & renovation works. Support to be extended to Zonal Infra Managers for Repair and maintenance works and clearing of technical issues at site
- Estimation of quantities, finalization of layout plans in coordination with the concerned RM & preparation of Work Orders for related works.
- Detailed checking and verification of all bills
- Provide technical expertise in idealizing new Infra requirements & innovations for branches
- Constantly looking for opportunities for cost reduction should have thorough knowledge regarding material specification and market rates
- Skillful in vendor negotiation
- Coordination with consultants for renovation/construction of own buildings whenever required
- Providing infra-related support to group companies whenever required.
- Play a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate process and tools & coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
- Use good judgment and skills to achieve the project goals within designated project constraints
- Use knowledge and experience to provide the right balance of agility and predictability.
- Collaborate with in-house departments like Legal/operations/security/IT for respective implementation and ensure comprehensive handover
- Prevent potential bottlenecks while shortlisting premise and post-worksite work commencement
- Consistent project delivery process and standardize
- Optimum allocation to avoid potential delays
- Monitors the progress of the project & Prepare detailed MIS.
- Ensures any re-design stays on schedule and on budget
Special Requirements (If any)
BFSI/ Retail experience
Must have knowledge and experience in Civil, Structural fabrication, Interior works, IT & MEP.

Educational Qualification / Technical Certification
Diploma / bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Skill Sets
Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously
Communication Skills
Excellent communication Skills English & Hindi language fluency
Experience
Diploma with 12+ years experience; or
Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years experience
