Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and optimize our IT infrastructure and security operations. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity, with a proven track record of implementing robust security protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Infrastructure Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions using Palo Alto, Cisco, and Meraki technologies.
• Optimize and troubleshoot network performance to ensure high availability and low latency.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security components to protect against external and internal threats.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN deployments for efficient connectivity across locations.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and scalability projects.

2. Cloud & Server Infrastructure:

• Manage and optimize virtualization environments using VMware, and Proxmox.
• Administer cloud solutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud setups.
• Maintain Linux servers, ensuring robust performance, availability, and security.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical IT systems.

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance:

• Define and implement cybersecurity policies in alignment with ISO 27001, ITGC, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to ensure a secure IT environment.
• Monitor security incidents and respond to threats with well-defined protocols.
• Establish and manage endpoint security solutions, including anti-virus and EDR tools.

4. IT Governance & Compliance:

• Lead audits related to ISO, ITGC, and other frameworks, ensuring zero non-compliances.
• Maintain documentation for compliance, including asset registers, risk assessments, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to data protection laws and regulations.
• Develop a compliance training program for employees, raising awareness of IT policies.

5. Operational Excellence:

• Develop and maintain an IT operations framework for efficient delivery of services.
• Create and enforce policies for asset management, procurement, and decommissioning.
• Ensure SLA adherence for IT support and service delivery.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in IT processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and information security management.
• Expertise in:
• Networking: Palo Alto, Cisco, and Meraki devices.
• Virtualization: VMware, Proxmox.
• Operating Systems: Linux and Mac.
• Cybersecurity: Cyber threat detection, mitigation, and incident response.
• Compliance Frameworks: ISO 27001, ITGC, and related regulations.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure setups.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or Palo Alto PCNSE certifications are a plus.
