Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data from endpoint monitoring tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the Technology organization to support and maintain endpoint health services.
- Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and metrics that provide actionable insights into endpoint performance and security posture.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing endpoint management capabilities and improving operational efficiency.
- Support incident response and root cause analysis efforts by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Create technical documentation and runbooks for supporting and using the endpoint solutions.
- Identify opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Assist with the development of automated processes for repeatable work completed by the team.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience withdata visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven experience with using SQL and Excel for complex use cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodology and Jira.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
Required Experience & Education:
- High school diploma (bachelor s degree preferred) or equivalent training/work experience.
- 3 - 5 years overall experience with providing data analytics in an enterprise environment.
Desired Experience:
- PowerShell, Python, or similar programming/scripting experience.
