Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor - HIH - Evernorth

Responsibilities:

• Provide counsel and advice to management on significant infrastructure matters, often coordinating across multiple organizations.
• Lead analysis and implementation of engineering infrastructure solutions for complex business needs.
• Implement and maintain Databricks and Snowflake platforms on AWS/Azure.
• Manage Databricks account administration, workspace administration, cluster policies, and Unity Catalog.
• Monitor performance, tune systems, and optimize costs for Databricks and Snowflake.
• Utilize AWS technologies including S3, EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, Route 53, EMR, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and KMS.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform.
• Develop and maintain scripts and applications using SQL, Python, PySpark, and Go.
• Support IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and ITIL practices.
• Collaborate with vendor support to resolve technical issues efficiently.
