Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong influencing/negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Familiarity with most of the following technologies- JavaScript, Python, API development
- Familiarity with agile methodology
Required Experience & Education:
- 11-13 years of experience
- Bachelors degree or better preferred
- Service Now Administration and Development
- Extensive experience with Service Now Eventing, Alerting, and Incident Modules
- Ability to develop alert rules and flows within ServiceNow
- Coordinate and support all ServiceNow event management plugin and release upgrades
- Implement integration solutions for event and incident management in ServiceNow.
- Ability to participate in simultaneous projects and prioritize time effectively
- Ability to convey complex concepts to individuals of varying technical backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
