Perform troubleshooting and resolution of advanced technical problems handed off from lower-level support teams.Provide innovative technical solutions to unique and challenging problems within a large enterprise.Implement advanced technical solutions as designed and handed off from engineering teams.After-hours work may be required when implementing technical solutions for the enterprise.Participate in an on-call rotation with a number of other individuals to provide 24/7 operational coverage of the enterprise.Collaborate with other teams in the pursuit of large common goals within the greater enterprise.Able to understand interdependence between various disparate systems/environments and be able to evaluate issues and changes for potential impacts.

Education:
Bachelor s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Overall, 11-13 years of experience required
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years working in an enterprise IT environment.Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience a plus.Ability to work independently and as a part of a teamMust be self-motivated and a self-starterSuperior communication skills required when interacting with internal colleaguesShould possess the ability to adapt to new technologies in an ever-changing IT environmentAdvanced troubleshooting skills are a mustExperience with the agile methodology a plus
