Infrastructure Engineering Advisor - AI ML Engineer - HIH

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable ML/AI solutions in production, including agentic workflows, chatbots, and Gen AI applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and strategic customers to translate complex problems into cloud-ready AI solutions.
• Conduct experiments, explore new algorithms, and optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices across all solutions.
• Develop AI solutions on enterprise platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, and BI tools (Tableau).
• Optimize LLMs and generative models using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and advanced ML techniques.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in AI model training and serving.
• Build reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and showcases applicable across multiple customers.
• Serve as a technical evangelist by engaging with customers, presenting at industry events, and sharing AI expertise internally and externally.
