We are looking for candidates to take the role of Infrastructure Engineer and help us to:
- Engineer, test and deploy features and releases for the TIBCO EMS product.
- Assist in keeping the TIBCO EMS Messaging platform stable, performant, secure and compliant with USB policies.
- Design, develop and deploy the next generation cloud-based ecosystem for the TIBCO EMS product.
The key responsibilities are:
- Develop and improve application hosting infrastructure services, with a focus on the TIBCO EMS product and its associated supporting infrastructure.
- Provide hosting and deployment services that are easy to consume and efficient to operate, both on-prem and in the cloud – making effective use of cloud capabilities on the Azure platform.
- Apply a broad range of engineering practices, in an agile context based on Scrum. From analyzing requirements and developing new features to automated testing, deployment, and operations. With emphasis on Gitlab, the key tooling.
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Build observability into our solutions to monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.
- Learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You will be working in the Hosting stream in Pune/Hyderabad campus within the Middleware crew which covers products in the areas of application hosting, enterprise messaging, file transfer and job scheduling.
The Integration crew supports our POD members with a hybrid and flexible working model. There is a well-organized onboarding process that helps to ensure you have a good start and settle into the new role smoothly. In joining us, you will have multiple learning opportunities to grow and participate in initiatives focused on your passions.
Your expertise
- bachelor's degree or equivalent focusing on Information Technology.
- 8+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer focused on infrastructure employed within the finance sector.
- strong communicator, with skills in the creation of presentations and technical writing.
- in-depth understanding of the TIBCO EMS product, including MQ Advanced, RHEL and Gitlab-based CICD pipelines for the creation of product-related packages.
- experience of deploying and integrating monitoring and automated services such as MeshIQ
- good understanding of Azure concepts and available services.
- familiarity with Kubernetes and an understanding of containerized solutions.
- Key Skills: TIBCO EMS/Python/Shell Scripting/MQ SDLC/Gitlab/ Java/containers (Kubernetes), AI
- Good to have skills: TIBCO EMS, RDQM /Kafka
