What we are looking for

Role: Infrastructure Engineer Requirement

Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Indore

Must Have:

1. Infrastructure administration or engineering.
2. Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
3. Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Routing, Switching).
4. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
5. Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
6. Experience with monitoring tools and infrastructure management solutions.
7. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
8. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

1. Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification.
2. VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
3. Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator.
4. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep).
5. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
6. Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.

Essential:

• Design, deploy, and manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and identity services.
• Configure and support networking components including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement infrastructure security controls, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Python, or scripting tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with application, security, and support teams to deliver infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
