Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and cloud systems
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure components
Manage hardware and software installation, configuration, and patching across environments
Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and perform root cause analysis for service disruptions
Maintain and update documentation for infrastructure architecture, processes, and procedures
Work with security and compliance teams to ensure infrastructure adheres to company policies and industry standards
Collaborate with application and support teams to plan and support deployments and upgrades
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation
Utilize monitoring and management tools to proactively address capacity or performance concerns
