Key Responsibilities;
Linux Implementation Support the deployment, configuration, and patching of Linux servers across the infrastructure.
Log Management Operations Assist in the administration of the ELK Stack, including creating Kibana dashboards, managing Logstash pipelines, and monitoring Elasticsearch health. IaC & Automation Support Deploy and maintain Linux servers and monitoring agents using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Operational Troubleshooting Monitor system health alerts, investigate anomalies using log data, and provide frontline support for Linux-based issues. Documentation Maintain accurate documentation for Linux builds, ELK configurations, and incident response procedures
Required Skills And Knowledge
Operating Systems Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Linux environments (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
Log Management & Analysis Proven hands-on experience using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log aggregation and troubleshooting.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Practical experience automating deployments using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Scripting Experience writing and maintaining automation scripts using Bash or Python.
Virtualization & Containers Familiarity with VMWare and basic exposure to containerization (Docker).
