Position: Infrastructure Engineer – Kubernetes | AWS | Cloud Security
Experience: 4-5 years

About the role:
Latinum HR Solutions is hiring for a fast-growing global AI & Cybersecurity company building autonomous offensive security technology used by leading enterprises and governments.
We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer who can own the infrastructure powering autonomous security agents across cloud and customer environments.
What You'll Do:
- Design, operate and scale Kubernetes environments, including cluster architecture, node pools, upgrades, autoscaling, RBAC and admission controls.
- Build secure, scalable AWS infrastructure covering VPCs, networking, IAM, EKS/ECS, load balancing and data services.
- Design workload isolation and security boundaries across pods, nodes and networks.
- Implement secure identity and secrets management, including workload identity, credential rotation and least-privilege access.
- Build infrastructure using Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Own deployment and release infrastructure across multi-tenant cloud and customer-managed Kubernetes environments.
- Implement GitOps, Helm/Kustomize, monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, participate in on-call and continuously improve reliability, performance and cost.
- Work closely with engineering teams and customers to solve complex infrastructure challenges.
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production.
- Strong AWS knowledge, particularly VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS and cloud networking.
- Strong experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Excellent understanding of networking, routing, proxies, TLS and network isolation.
- Strong Linux and container fundamentals, including namespaces and cgroups.
- Programming/scripting experience in Python or Go; TypeScript is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of security, least privilege, secrets and infrastructure isolation.
- Demonstrated ownership of production infrastructure and ability to work independently.

- Argo CD / Flux, Helm or Kustomize
- eBPF / Cilium / service mesh
- Customer-managed or regulated environments
- SOC 2 or similar compliance exposure
- DevSecOps / offensive security / penetration-testing exposure
- Enterprise SSO and identity platforms
