Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience using AutoCAD, Civil3D and Navisworks on infrastructure roads and utilities projects.
Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience on UAE, Oman and KSA infrastructure projects.

Project Role
- Develop, manage, and deliver detailed Civil 3D models for roads, highways, earthworks and utility networks (wet & dry services) to LOD 300 in accordance with project BIM standards.
- Prepare plans, profiles, cross-sections, utility layouts, grading and all design drawings.
- Create and manage ROW utility corridor models including corridors, assemblies, pipe networks, surfaces, and grading designs.
- Strict compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project CAD/BIM standards and naming conventions.
- Coordinate BIM models and drawings with design engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design intent.
- Support digital coordination, clash detection and model review processes.
- Integrate topographic & utility surveys, GIS and other external data sets into BIM models.
- Perform QA/QC checks on models and drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with LOD 300 specifications.
- Support digital delivery workflows across design, tender, and construction stages.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing and occasional mentoring for junior BIM/CAD team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Infrastructure BIM templates, libraries, and standards.

Skills
- Strong expertise in corridors, alignments, surfaces, pipe networks and production of coordinated drawings.
- Sound understanding of road and utility infrastructure design principles and workflows.
- Proven experience in delivering design drawings and digital BIM models for project submission.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, coordination processes and industry standards.
- Preferred experience working on UAE and/or KSA infrastructure projects with knowledge of regional authority requirements and standards.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software with in-depth knowledge of Infrastructure design workflows, and the ability to deliver models to LOD 300 or higher as per project and BIM standards.
QHSE Responsibilities
- Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.
- Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace.
- Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
- Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
- Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
