Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Automation Engineer with 68 years of experience to design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Backstage, Ansible, and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The role requires hands-on experience in tool integration, UI creation, and scripting using Python and PowerShell. Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure automation solutions using Ansible and Terraform.
- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery and deployment.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud and on-premise environments.
- Integrate various tools and platforms, creating custom dashboards and UI for monitoring and management.
- Develop and maintain scripts using Python and PowerShell to automate operational tasks.
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable infrastructure.
- Provide support in troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of automated systems.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging automation tools and technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 68 years of experience in infrastructure automation and DevOps roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Backstage and Ansible.
- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience in tool integration and UI creation for operational dashboards.
