Lead enterprise-scale Omnissa Horizon migrations and virtualization programs for global organizations — ideal for infrastructure experts who enjoy solving complex enterprise challenges across VDI, cloud, virtualization, and digital workspace environments.

We are looking for experienced VMware and Omnissa professionals to support enterprise Horizon migration projects, VDI modernization initiatives, and large-scale virtual desktop environments.

What You'll Do

• Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot Omnissa Horizon and VMware EUC environments across large enterprise VDI estates.
• Support Horizon infrastructure, Workspace ONE Access, Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), and related VMware and Microsoft technologies.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, log analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution across enterprise environments.
• Manage and optimize Horizon platforms, ESXi hosts, vSphere infrastructure, Windows Server environments, networking components, and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Review and create High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational documentation.
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate with OEM partners, hardware vendors, cloud providers, and third-party technology teams.
• Lead complex customer escalations and provide L3/L4 support for enterprise deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training programs.
• Drive operational improvements, automation initiatives, platform stability, and service excellence programs.
• Participate in customer-facing discussions, technical reviews, architecture workshops, and project delivery activities.
• Support rotational on-call responsibilities and collaborate with global teams across multiple regions.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or end-user computing environments.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon, VMware Horizon, or VMware EUC technologies.
• Strong experience deploying, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale VDI environments.
• Deep expertise in VMware Horizon, Workspace ONE Access, Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), vSphere, and ESXi.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, virtualization, networking, operating systems, and application layers independently.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and virtual desktop technologies.
• Experience working with identity management solutions, authentication systems, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python, or equivalent tools is highly desirable.
• Strong documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in regulated industries such as BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
