Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure & Platform Support Engineer to manage endpoint ecosystems, workplace technology, and virtual environments. This role focuses on Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Windows & Mac endpoint environments (Intune, Mosyle)
- Device enrollment, configuration, compliance & policy troubleshooting
- Software deployment & endpoint administration
- Support peripherals (monitors, docking stations, printers)
- Troubleshoot virtual machines & environments (VMware)
- Resolve Tier 2 / Tier 3 platform incidents
- Identify recurring issues & drive root cause analysis
- Improve endpoint reliability and operational efficiency
Typical Work
- Device not receiving policy / enrollment failures
- Software deployment issues
- Hardware/peripheral malfunctions
- VM performance or access issues
- Repeat incidents requiring RCA
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune & endpoint management
- Mac device management (Mosyle or JAMF preferred)
- VMware / virtualization fundamentals
- Windows & macOS troubleshooting
- Understanding of enterprise IT environments
- Prior Client-facing experience
Good to Have
- Scripting (PowerShell / Bash)
- ITIL exposure
- Experience handling high ticket volumes
