Infrastructure Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and manage ZScaler security solutions across the organization.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (M365) services including user management, security, and access policies.
• Manage Fortinet Firewall configurations, security policies, and monitoring.
• Deploy and maintain Fortinet Wireless Access Points and ensure stable wireless network connectivity.
• Administer Cisco Meraki network infrastructure including switching, routing, and wireless environments.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system security through proactive troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain network security policies and access control mechanisms.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure optimization.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and SOPs.

Mandatory Skills

• ZScaler implementation and administration
• OpenPath access control systems
• Microsoft 365 (M365) administration
• Fortinet Firewall configuration and management
• Fortinet Wireless Access deployment and troubleshooting
• Cisco Meraki network administration

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of network security architecture
• Experience with firewall policy management and VPN configurations
• Understanding of cloud networking and identity management
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
