Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Administrator to manage the installation, configuration, patching, and day-to-day operations of all supplied infrastructure components within the IRSOC environment. The role requires hands-on experience in Windows and Linux system administration, along with strong expertise in Nutanix virtualization technologies and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Operations:

  • Install, configure, and administer Windows and Linux systems.
  • Perform regular patching and updates to maintain system security and performance.
  • Monitor system health and ensure high availability of infrastructure components.
  • Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and system audits.

Infrastructure Component Management:

  • Operate and maintain all supplied infrastructure components offered for IRSOC.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, OS, and application layers.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.

Virtualization & Nutanix Platform:

  • Administer Nutanix virtualization platform including cluster setup, VM provisioning, and resource optimization.
  • Perform golden image spin-up and manage virtual machine lifecycle across multiple locations.
  • Troubleshoot virtualization issues including performance bottlenecks, resource allocation, and VM failures.
