This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Infra Tech Support Practitioner in India.

This role is centered on ensuring the stability, availability, and reliability of production IT systems within a dynamic enterprise environment. You will play a key part in maintaining service continuity by monitoring systems, supporting incident resolution, and ensuring timely restoration of services when disruptions occur. The position involves working closely with technical teams to address outages, implement recovery procedures, and uphold operational standards aligned with service level agreements. You will also contribute to strengthening disaster recovery readiness and ensuring proper data retention practices. This is a hands-on operational role where responsiveness, coordination, and structured problem-solving are essential. Accountabilities

  • Ensure production systems are available and operating in alignment with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support incident, outage, and service disruption resolution through timely diagnosis, escalation, and communication.
  • Facilitate rapid restoration of services in production environments to minimize business impact.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining disaster recovery procedures and operational continuity plans.
  • Monitor systems and support ongoing operational stability across infrastructure environments.
  • Maintain adherence to data retention and operational standards defined by the organization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in service desk, IT support, or related infrastructure support roles.
  • Basic understanding of Service Desk Management principles and IT operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with intermediate proficiency in stakeholder interaction.
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a structured approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction and operational reliability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team-based operational settings.
