Job Description

Summary:

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products, both remotely and onsite. You will work across various platforms following defined operating models and processes, implementing technology at the operating system level across server and network environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
  • Provide effective solutions to work-related problems.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
  • Implement system upgrades and patches as required.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration.
  • Strong understanding of system administration principles.
  • Experience in troubleshooting server and network issues.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing system upgrades and patches.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration.
  • Position based at Indore office.
  • Requires 15 years of full-time education.
