Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description:
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) for configured services running on various platforms, operating within a defined operating model and processes. Responsibilities include hardware/software support and implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas, focusing on specific software solutions/vendors/brands. The role involves L1 and L2 troubleshooting (basic and intermediate level).
Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remotely and onsite. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks effectively
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
- Implement new technologies for system enhancements
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance
- Train team members on new technologies and best practices
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Capabilities
- Good to Have Skills: Experience with Contact Center Technology Implementation
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies
- Knowledge of telephony systems and call routing
- Experience in troubleshooting contact center software and hardware
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Additional Information:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Capabilities is required.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
