Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various systems and software products across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, covering servers, networks, and specific software solutions. Tasks include performing initial and intermediate troubleshooting, both remotely and onsite, to maintain system reliability and efficiency throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of technology solutions.
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps to enhance team knowledge and operational efficiency.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical issues.
- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- Strong understanding of storage protocols and technologies including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NAS.
- Experience with SAN management tools and software for configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of server and network hardware components related to storage infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex storage-related issues in multi-vendor environments.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions integrated with SAN environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
