Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve providing both remote and onsite support for configured services across various platforms, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly within defined operating models and processes. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing technology solutions at the operating system level, and addressing both basic and intermediate level challenges that arise in server and network areas. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of the systems you support, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
• Strong understanding of storage management and data protection strategies.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving SAN-related issues.
• Familiarity with network protocols and their impact on storage performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
