Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems.
Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related
issues.
Troubleshoot system, server, VPN, email, and connectivity problems.
Manage Windows/Linux servers and perform routine health checks.
Handle system backups, patch management, and antivirus updates.
Monitor infrastructure alerts and respond to incidents within SLA timelines.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party support teams when required.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations and procedures.
Conduct remote troubleshooting
Customize desktop/laptop applications to meet user needs
Preventive / Corrective maintenance of all the Laptops
Responsible for Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Desktops, Servers
and their operating system, Network devices, Printers.
Key skills:
- Operating systems (Windows and Linux), MS office, Outlook, Printer
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Knowledge on server handling
- Basic cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS)
Added advantage:
- Knowledge about MSSQL Database
- TFS/GIT
- IIS, Apache
- Docker container
