Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong understanding of service management frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Familiarity with client relationship management tools and techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
