Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Design and Fit-out: Develop and implement new store designs and fit-out strategy that aligns with our brand identity and provides an exceptional customer experience. This includes designing and building out new stores, as well as renovating and refurbishing existing stores.

2. Infrastructure Development: Responsible for and oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of infrastructure projects store layouts, equipment installation, and technology integrationand including budgeting and (final) billing.

3. Expansion Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement expansion plans, including site selection, store design, and infrastructure development.

4. Store Maintenance and Repair: Develop and implement a maintenance and repair program to ensure that our stores are always well-maintained and functioning efficiently.

5. Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure projects, including store design and fit-out, equipment installation, and technology integration.

6. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure that infrastructure needs are met, including store design and fit-out, equipment installation, and technology integration.

7. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of infrastructure professionals including project managers and maintenance team, to ensure that infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the requiredquality standards.

8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that infrastructure projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental regulations.

9. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure that our stores can continue to operate in the event of an outage or disaster.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail infrastructure development, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Strong technical skills in store design and fit-out, infrastructure development, and project management.

Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and budgets.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
