Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Platform Admin ServiceNow Integration Hub and ServiceNow CSM. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on enhancing our infrastructure capabilities. The candidate will contribute to asset and wealth management projects ensuring seamless integration and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow Integration Hub to facilitate seamless data exchange across systems.
- Develop and execute integration strategies to enhance ServiceNow CSM capabilities and improve customer service processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow integrations ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Design and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of asset and wealth management processes.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead efforts to automate workflows and processes reducing manual intervention and increasing productivity.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
- Support the development of documentation and technical reports to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure all solutions are scalable secure and aligned with the companys strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in ServiceNow Platform Admin with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub with the ability to design and manage complex integrations.
- Have experience in ServiceNow CSM with a focus on improving customer service processes and outcomes.
- Experience in asset and wealth management is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
