Tools & Integration Automation SME

Support event management operations, automation, monitoring, and integration for Zensar Technologies enterprise clients.

Candidates having good experience in monitoring tools and automation solution implementation and delivery in Infrastructure domain. Candidate will be responsible for planning, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure automation solution for infrastructure domain. The candidate should have below skills and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Experience in implementation, solution development and administration of any automation or process orchestration tools like StackStorm/Ayehu/Arago will be preferred.
• Working experience with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, GitHub CI
• Experience in Infra monitoring tools like SolarWinds, OpsRamp, Manage Engine OPManage, AppManager, Site24x7, or similar tools for integrations.
• End to end implementations of automation or process automation tool for enterprise customer and their integration with ITSM tool like ServiceNow, Manage Engine Service Desk+, Ivant, BMC Remedy etc.
• Experience in identification, development and deployment of automation uses cases for IT operation.
• Good knowledge related to Infrastructure management and Operations.
• Good knowledge on Monitoring/ESM tools, ITSM tools and ITIL Concept.
• Must be proficient working on the Unix/Linux/Windows platform like basic commands and administration skills.
• Must have good experience in any scripting languages like Bash/Perl/Python on Linux platform and Powershell on Windows.
• Preferred some knowledge on database technologies like MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle/MongoDB and SQL queries.
• Very good experience in development of integration scripts/programs using SOAP/REST Webservices.
• Good to have experience integrating with Cloud Services.
• Must be proficient in presentation, collaboration, communication skills and ability to articulate business benefit of a technology solution
• Outstanding problem-solving skills. Fast learner & openness to try different tools, technologies & concepts.
• Self-starter with natural ability to balance priorities and work in a lean and agile environment.
• Experience working on open-source tools and technologies for various integrations.
