About the Role
Infra Automation Lead
Exp: 10 to 15 years
Loc: Hyderabad
Responsibilities
- Strong scripting expertise in Bash and PowerShell (critical requirement) for infrastructure automation and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management, provisioning, and large-scale automation.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Deep understanding in the Infrastructure Discovery and migration process.
- Proven experience to review the backend code written in Python.
- Strong understanding of on-premises infrastructure, including virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and hybrid/cloud migration patterns.
- Experience designing and operating scalable, secure, and resilient automation platforms.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams of 815 members, both technically and functionally.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience managing distributed and remote teams across geographies.
- Demonstrated capability to balance technical debt, feature delivery, and operational stability in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to drive engineering best practices, ownership, and continuous improvement across teams.
