About the Role

Join our dynamic Inbound + Outbound Contact Center Team, where you will:

• Handle highvolume customer calls efficiently.
• Understand customers financial situations using FFQs & probing.
• Provide repayment solutions & negotiate payment plans.
• Manage delinquency buckets and ensure compliance.
• Offer accurate information on services, complaints, and cancellation queries.
• Resolve concerns and escalate special cases when needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in internal systems.

Bankruptcy Specialist Additional Responsibilities (If Applicable)

• Manage cases under Chapters 7, 11, 13 of U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
• Conduct research and maintain precise documentation for GreenSky.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal/state bankruptcy laws.
• Exercise independent judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Meet individual performance goals and compliance requirements.

Skills & Competencies We Value

• Strong experience in Collections / Bankruptcy
• Excellent verbal communication (CEFR C1)
• Strong listening, negotiation & problemsolving skills
• Ability to handle pressure & difficult conversations
• Multitasking: type & talk simultaneously
• High attention to detail & accuracy
• Good interpersonal and customerhandling abilities
• Ownership mindset & adaptability to process changes

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years in Collections or Bankruptcy
• Computer proficiency
• Strong documentation & multitasking capabilities
• Experience in financial services, customer support, or recovery process

Preferred

• Bachelors degree or Paralegal certification
• 2 years of Legal Operations experience
• Familiarity with PACER, LexisNexis, document management systems
• 1 year of bankruptcy/probate experience

Work Schedule

• Fulltime role
• 24/7 rotational shifts (US shift mandatory)
• Officebased (Hinjewadi, Pune)
