Design, develop, and manage comprehensive security awareness content, including training materials, infographics, videos, newsletters, and interactive learning modules.
Strategically plan and execute global security awareness training campaigns, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity priorities and compliance standards.
Generate detailed reports for senior leadership and executives by analyzing key metrics such as engagement rates, training completion statistics, and security culture trends.
Administer and optimize dashboards in Azure and Power BI to deliver real-time insights into the effectiveness of security awareness programs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to enhance security awareness initiatives and maximize employee engagement.
Research and implement innovative awareness methodologies, including gamification techniques and behavioral security interventions, to drive impactful engagement.
Maintain expertise in cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and industry best practices to continually refine training content and awareness strategies.
Organizational Relationships
Collaborates closely with the Security Awareness Service Lead, the ZICC Manager, and the onshore security awareness team to ensure the successful execution of security awareness initiatives.
Partners with the Threat Intelligence, Communications, and Corporate Brand teams to design, develop, and distribute impactful security awareness materials and content.
Engages with key business stakeholders across Zoetis to support security awareness activities, deliver timely security updates, and foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
Education and Experience
Education
University Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is required
MS or advanced identity courses or other applicable certifications is desirable, including:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Relevant certifications in infrastructure security and vulnerability management, such as:
Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
GIAC Certified Vulnerability Assessor (GCVA)
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are highly preferred
Experience
A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience with a strong background in security awareness and cybersecurity training
2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry, especially Animal Health
Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
Demonstrated ability to work within diverse technical teams
Technical Skills Requirements
Demonstrates expertise in developing security awareness content, including designing training programs, executing phishing simulations, and creating interactive security learning modules
Proficient in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI and Azure dashboards to monitor security awareness engagement and generate actionable reports for senior leadership

Utilizes strong project management skills to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute security awareness campaigns, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives
Skilled in analyzing and interpreting security awareness engagement data to deliver detailed reports and provide actionable recommendations for improving program impact
Communicates complex cybersecurity concepts clearly and effectively, ensuring alignment and understanding among both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams, business units, and external vendors to drive participation and engagement in security awareness initiatives
Physical Position Requirements
