IT Infrastructure & System Support
- Provide technical support for Windows OS, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu
- Administer Microsoft 365 services Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, user accounts, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot and manage Fortigate or Sophos Firewalls, including VPNs, security policies, and logs.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, and Windows Server.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Fortigate or Sophos firewalls.
- 12 years experience in cybersecurity compliance, ISMS operations, or incident response.
- Understanding of data protection concepts (GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001 or similar).
- Good knowledge of networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills to support and coordinate effectively with Onshore users.
