Role Overview

We are looking for a part-time remote IT Technical Recruiters for domestic hiring. The recruiter will support hiring for technical roles across Python, .NET, Data Engineering, AI, Automation, and related IT domains.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for IT roles.

- Post job openings on relevant platforms.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients.

- Understand technical hiring requirements and map suitable candidates.

- Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and hiring updates.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth candidate experience.

Required Skills

- Experience in IT recruitment, preferably domestic hiring.

- Good understanding of technical roles such as Python, .NET, Data Engineering, AI, Automation, and Software Development.

- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment tools.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

- Good follow-up, ownership, and candidate management skills.

Preferred

- Prior experience hiring for AI, Data, Automation, Cloud, or Product Engineering roles.

- Experience with startups, IT services companies, or technology consulting firms.
