About the role -

As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for technology positions. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring a smooth experience for both stakeholders and applicants. You'll be expected to build talent pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and deliver timely closures in a fast‑paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate assessments to validate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, offer‑to‑join ratio, and pipeline status.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure positive experience and long‑term engagement.
• Support employer branding initiatives by promoting opportunities across digital platforms.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability in IT domains.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
