Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to placement)
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
- Negotiate salary/rates and finalize offers
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Build strong pipeline for active and future requirements
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of US IT recruitment process
- Familiarity with US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT)
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shift (US timings)
