What we are looking for candidates with:
- 2-4 years of full life cycle experience in US IT Staffing involving Technical Recruiting
- Should have a deep understanding of IT Technical recruiting. Idea/knowledge of relevant IT technologies
- Knowledge of US work visa categories.
- Fair knowledge of to IT technical skills
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, recruiting tools/databases and strategies
- Self starter, motivated and achieve short term and long term goals.
- Responsibilities:Source and vet the candidates from database, personal connections, Social media, job
boards, groups etc.
- Collaborate effectively with the recruiting lead and achieve personal goals and help to achieve team goals.
- Follow company standard recruiting and quality processes.
- Develop candidate network, manage pipeline and recruiting lifecycle.
- Minimize false-starts or dropouts from consulting engagements
