IT Team Leader / Technical Lead
Kochi | Full-time | Supporting Plus UAE Group & Vortexen Dynamics
We're looking for a hands-on IT Team Leader to own our tech stack and lead our existing IT team.
You'll own
- Software architecture & full-stack development (backend + frontend)
- Mobile app development
- AWS cloud infrastructure & DevOps
- CI/CD & production deployments
- Database administration & security
- Monitoring, incident response & production support
- Internal IT support & client technical support
- Team mentoring & technical planning
Must-haves
- Strong full-stack development background
- Working knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, and cloud deployments
- Practical AI knowledge — using AI tools/APIs in development or building AI-assisted features is a must
- Comfortable owning production systems end-to-end, including being available for critical issues outside standard hours
- Ability to lead a small team and document systems for continuity.
Salary: Up to INR 60,000/month (based on experience)
