Role Description The Information Technology System Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining servers, operating systems, and core IT infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, performing regular backups and updates, managing user accounts and permissions, and maintaining documentation of configurations and procedures. The role also involves providing technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and coordinating with network and security stakeholders to improve reliability and resilience. The System Administrator will work closely with other IT professionals to implement best practices, support AI-driven solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT services.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong System Administration skills, including server management, operating system configuration, and user access control.
• Candidates should possess Network Administration skills for managing routers, switches, firewalls, and basic network security practices.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Information Technology concepts, including IT infrastructure, security principles, and cloud or virtualization basics.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments, backup solutions, and monitoring tools is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, ability to document processes clearly, and capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and respond effectively to time-sensitive IT issues.
