Information Technology System Administrator

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Information Technology System Administrator. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring network stability, and providing technical support to employees. Duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, overseeing network security, and implementing system upgrades and patches to ensure efficient operations.

• Proficiency in System Administration, including server management and system configuration
• Experience with Network Administration, including monitoring, setting up, and maintaining network systems
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve user and system issues effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology operations and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with IT security protocols and data protection measures
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous
• Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus
