Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Technician, based in Cuddapah. The responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues for desktops and printers, performing computer repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The technician will also collaborate with team members to address hardware and software-related issues, maintain system functionality, and prioritize tasks for efficient IT support delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop, laptop & printers Support and Troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and prioritize tasks
• Experience on CCTV installations is a plus.
• Previous experience in IT support roles is advantageous no
• Salary range is between 1.2 Lpa to 1.5 Lpa.
