Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Ranchi, Jharkhand for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and supporting desktop computers, and handling help desk operations. The role will also involve ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems to support business operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Strong understanding of Desktop Computers and Information Technology concepts and systems.
• Experience in providing Help Desk Support and resolving user queries.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
