This role is responsible for delivering reliable technical support and maintaining seamless day-to-day IT operations across Mango Mass Media. It is a hands-on position that demands strong problem-solving skills, quick response times, and the ability to effectively support teams in a dynamic, fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Set up, configure, and maintain systems, operating systems, and applications
• Manage user access, emails, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet performance
• Handle IT asset management, documentation, and vendor coordination
• Ensure data backups and security protocols are followed
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Skills & Expertise
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, networking, security, and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with Access Points, Firewalls, and Network Management
• Hands-on knowledge of NAS Storage & Backup Solutions
• Familiarity with SIEM / Security Monitoring Tools
• Experience in Windows Server & Active Directory
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Understanding of Endpoint Security solutions (AV, EDR, etc.)
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support / system administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests
• Good communication and service-oriented mindset
