• 7 years of experience providing hardware/software technical support, or 9 years with Bachelor's plus certification.

Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced technical support and troubleshooting.
• Manage system deployments and integrations.
• Mentor HICT Analysts and support IT governance and security.
