Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, ensure smooth system functionality, and maintain data security across the organization. This role is critical in minimizing downtime and supporting overall business productivity.

  • Assign laptops and other IT assets to employees and maintain accurate asset tracking records
  • Install operating systems, required software, and prepare systems for new employee onboarding
  • Handle day-to-day technical issues such as system slowness, formatting, password resets, storage management, and overall system optimization
  • Conduct regular virus scans, malware detection, and system health checks to prevent data loss and cyber threats
  • Create, manage, and disable official email IDs and system access as per employee lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, printers, and other peripheral devices to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage software licenses and coordinate with external vendors for IT-related requirements
  • Ensure proper IT support during employee exits by securing and backing up official data, verifying asset handover, and preventing any data leakage
  • Maintain overall system efficiency to minimize downtime and support employee productivity

Skills & Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with OS installation, system configuration, and antivirus tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good coordination and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Compensation
