Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, ensure smooth system functionality, and maintain data security across the organization. This role is critical in minimizing downtime and supporting overall business productivity.
- Assign laptops and other IT assets to employees and maintain accurate asset tracking records
- Install operating systems, required software, and prepare systems for new employee onboarding
- Handle day-to-day technical issues such as system slowness, formatting, password resets, storage management, and overall system optimization
- Conduct regular virus scans, malware detection, and system health checks to prevent data loss and cyber threats
- Create, manage, and disable official email IDs and system access as per employee lifecycle
- Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, printers, and other peripheral devices to ensure smooth operations
- Manage software licenses and coordinate with external vendors for IT-related requirements
- Ensure proper IT support during employee exits by securing and backing up official data, verifying asset handover, and preventing any data leakage
- Maintain overall system efficiency to minimize downtime and support employee productivity
Skills & Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with OS installation, system configuration, and antivirus tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Compensation
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
